Project Background ความเป็นมาของโครงการ
ในโลกปัจจุบันที่ประเด็นระหว่างประเทศทวีความซับซ้อนยิ่งขึ้น บทบาทของเยาวชนในฐานะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงเพื่อสันติภาพและความยุติธรรมทั่วโลกมีความสำคัญอย่างยิ่ง โครงการ "Youth as Changemakers: Achieving SDG 16 for Peace and Justice 2025" ริเริ่มขึ้นโดยวิทยาลัยนานาชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น เพื่อเสริมสร้างศักยภาพของเยาวชนให้มีความรู้ ทักษะ และประสบการณ์ในการเจรจาทางการทูตและการแก้ไขความขัดแย้งระหว่างประเทศ In today's world where international issues are becoming increasingly complex, the role of youth as change-makers for global peace and justice is crucial. The "Youth as Changemakers: Achieving SDG 16 for Peace and Justice 2025" project was initiated by Khon Kaen University International College to enhance the capacity of young people with knowledge, skills, and experience in diplomatic negotiation and international conflict resolution.
โครงการนี้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนข้อที่ 16 (SDG 16) ขององค์การสหประชาชาติ ที่มุ่งส่งเสริมสังคมที่สงบสุข ยุติธรรม และครอบคลุม ผ่านการจำลองสถานการณ์ทางการทูต (Diplomatic Simulation) ที่ให้ผู้เข้าร่วมได้เรียนรู้และฝึกฝนทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง การแก้ไขปัญหาข้อพิพาท และการสร้างฉันทามติในประเด็นระหว่างประเทศ This project aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 16 (SDG 16), which aims to promote peaceful, just, and inclusive societies. Through diplomatic simulations, participants learn and practice negotiation skills, dispute resolution, and consensus-building on international issues.
Objectives วัตถุประสงค์
- To raise awareness among youth about conflict and injustice issues กระตุ้นให้เยาวชนตระหนักถึงปัญหาความขัดแย้งและความไม่เป็นธรรม
- To create a network of youth who can drive society creatively สร้างเครือข่ายเยาวชนที่สามารถขับเคลื่อนสังคมอย่างสร้างสรรค์
- To train skills in diplomacy, conflict resolution, and international relations ฝึกทักษะด้านการทูต การแก้ไขข้อขัดแย้ง และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประเทศ
- To enhance understanding of Sustainable Development Goal 16 เสริมสร้างความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนข้อที่ 16
- To prepare youth to become future leaders with an understanding of international issues เตรียมความพร้อมให้เยาวชนสู่การเป็นผู้นำในอนาคตที่มีความเข้าใจในประเด็นระหว่างประเทศ

Special Lecture from Experts ปาฐกถาพิเศษจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ
ได้รับฟังแนวคิดและประสบการณ์จากผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประเทศ คุณวงศกร ไชยชนะ ซึ่งจะแบ่งปันมุมมองและประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับการทูตและการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน Listen to ideas and experiences from international relations expert, Mr. Wongsakorn Chaichana, who will share perspectives and experiences on diplomacy and sustainable development.
Walk Rally and Ice Breaking Activities Walk Rally และ Ice Breaking Activities
กิจกรรมกลุ่มเสริมสร้างความสามัคคี ทำความรู้จักเพื่อนใหม่ และสร้างทีมเวิร์ก ผ่านกิจกรรมที่สนุกสนานและท้าทาย เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมสำหรับการทำงานร่วมกันในกิจกรรมถัดไป Group activities to build unity, get to know new friends, and create teamwork through fun and challenging activities to prepare for working together in the next activities.
Diplomatic Simulation การจำลองสถานการณ์ทางการทูต (Diplomatic Simulation)
ผู้เข้าร่วมจะได้ฝึกบทบาทการเป็นนักการทูตจริงๆ ได้รับบทบาทเป็นตัวแทนจากประเทศต่างๆ ในการเจรจาและแก้ไขวิกฤตการณ์ระหว่างประเทศ โดยจะต้องเรียนรู้การเจรจาในสถานการณ์จำลอง เพื่อเจรจาต่อรองและหาข้อตกลงร่วมกับประเทศอื่นๆ ในการแก้ไขปัญหา Participants will practice the role of real diplomats, taking on roles as representatives from different countries to negotiate and resolve international crises. They will learn to negotiate in simulated situations to negotiate and reach agreements with other countries to solve problems.
Closing Ceremony and Certificate Awarding พิธีปิดและมอบเกียรติบัตร
ผู้เข้าร่วมทุกคนจะได้รับ Certificate ยืนยันการเข้าร่วมโครงการ โดย ผศ. ฐาปกรณ์ สุพร ผู้อำนวยการหลักสูตร B.A. International Affairs จะเป็นผู้มอบเกียรติบัตรให้กับผู้เข้าร่วมทุกคน All participants will receive a certificate confirming their participation in the project, presented by Asst. Prof. Thapakorn Suporn, Director of the B.A. International Affairs program.
